With degrees in Educational Leadership and Teacher Education from Pennsylvania State University, and a TESOL specialization from IAU, he has had the privilege of leading workshops and mentoring educators globally. With over two decades of experience, he is passionate about helping teachers grow professionally, creatively, and tech-savvy. As an ELT entrepreneur, he co-founded AVID TESOL Academy in 2006 to empower teachers to reach their full potential and make a meaningful impact in education.
